Save the Last Bullet for God

by JT Alblood

What if whatever you know as history is just an illusion? What if your consciousness was an Alien?
Throughout the history of the world, we have seen war, the spread of civilization, discovered many wonders, but what if in all that time, Homo sapiens were merely evolving into something new? What if on the inside we are all alien? The invasion completed in the midst of WWII. Homo Avatarius now rules the Earth. For much more, you need to kill God.
"Save the Last Bullet for God" is a trilogy set of "Alpha Tauri Strain", "Code of Disjointed Letters" and "Homo Avatarius".
1920 Vienna, Wilhelm Reich is a medical student, working as a night nurse at a mental hospital when he meets and falls in love with Maria Orsic, a stunningly beautiful young woman who just happens to be diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. He helps her escape, only to lose her the next morning. Years later, he is a respected psychiatrist working in Berlin when he meets her for the second time. And she needs his help again — with a message she’s received from the aliens.
Each end has a story. This anamorphous trilogy is a complex one and includes mystics; Nazis, occult societies, the thousands-year-long invasion of aliens into the human genome, retro-chronal causality, secret codes within DNA, the number Pi, the Holy book and so much more.

“... truly was one of the most complex high concept novels I have laid eyes on in a long time.”
“J.T. Alblood's novel is a thought-provoking and groundbreaking work of best speculative sci-fi adventure of a lifetime.

“It would be hard to find a more original work than this. “

"Everything is made clear. I read the beginnings of Elif's story towards the end of my lunch break and had to get up and walk away from them heartbroken."

“...Engaging storytelling, fertile imagination, and evocative imagery will keep readers engrossed.”

“The novel conjures a mood of Kafkaesque bafflement that’s explained but not dispelled by a late reveal that readers will likely see coming. Alblood’s deft magical realism and talent for evocative description and sharply-etched characters make for an engaging story.”

"When I came to Elif’s first passage and realized exactly what was occurring, I was absolutely gobsmacked in the best way. I thought this was incredibly brilliant, and it was at this point that I truly couldn’t put the book down."

"...your science fiction novel was incredibly unique and may I say…held me as a captive audience of one. I read for 12 straight hours not only to get it done in time, but to figure out what was really going on."

"A greatjumble of entertainment and puzzles that all come together in a really satisfying and completelydazzling finish."

The Unknown

by Danny Baty

I began writing this a few years back then life and such kinda interurrupted...lolI've let a few close friends read it and they think I should finish it, let me know what you guys think, ie, if you'd like to know the rest of the story and how it all ends up...enjoy...... ps... fair warning, some strong language and more..read on.. PrefaceThe Unknown We all walk or maybe run through this life with great wonder and several questions that often go unanswered. Looking up at the moon and stars with amazement always asking the question or telling ourselves things like. There has to be more than just us in this big universe. Even looking in a mirror and seeing our own reflection sometimes poses questions. What if we are the ones who are in that paralel. Maybe there are other people seeing us as we see them. Maybe we are the so called ghost or spirits and they are the reality. Who is right? I mean, have you ever really even thought about it that way. The easiest way to explain the unexplainable is to dismiss it right away and run from the fact that you where actually there and saw it or maybe even felt it. it was real for that second and your mind will never really dismiss it. The unknown! Thats just what it is too. The unknown. It is real you know. Something made it the unknown. A real word, a real place and a real dimension. Just because we can't physically wrap it around our minds does not make it unreal. Fear of the unknown makes us want to run from it. Maybe thats why it is still the unknown. We don't understand it because we run from it. Their are a few people and I do mean a very few people that don't run from it though. These people become stronger because of it. Not knowing ever safe stone to step on is sometimes a blessing in disguise. Why? Because you learn something that the rest of the world and universe is missing out on. It's no longer the unknown. Sometimes fear in itself is only beauty from something else that is trying to reveal itself in a new form. So don't be afraid always face the fear and watch or feel what happens........ Chapter 1 Carlton & Shadow Carlton pulled the sweaty saddle off of his horse. Damn what a hard day of riding he thought as he hung the saddle on the end of an old log that had fallen by the creek. Shadow was worn too. He could tell by the look in his eyes. The true and faithful horse he had been ridin for almost 13 years now was beginning to show his age in his eyes. Yeah, Shadow was a one of a kind friend who never let him down and Carlton would always do the same for him. This looks like a good place to bunk for the night ol' boy, Carlton said with a grimmace on his face as the pain shot down the middle of his back. Shadow looked at him as if to understand ,and he did. Shadow walked over to the creek to sip on the cold running water and Carlton did the same. A school of fish scurried off as Carlton cupped his hand to drink from the creek. Shit, there's supper and I just scared off , he chuckled. I guess the jerky will have to do again tonight because I am just to damn tired to chase fish around today! As Carlton stood up his knees sounded like a 22 caliber pistle popping off. I'm falling to pieces he said out loud looking at shadow, hopefully we will make it to Springfield Missiouri before to long, two more rides like today and we should be there. He pulled the saddle bags from the end of the old log and made a make shift pillow to lay his head on while he slept, the ground was warm so he didnt need the blanket his wife had made and given to him for his journey. He layed on his back gazing into the heavens. The ..

For years I’ve had my future mathematically calculated down to the last detail; Leave my podunk Arizona town, graduate MIT, get into the space program, be the first woman on Mars, get a cat (not necessarily in this order). Then fairies killed my parents and shot the whole plan to hell.I've inherited a real, honest-to-goodness English castle – complete with turrets, ramparts, and four gorgeous male tenants, who I'm totally not in love with. Not at all.It would be crazy to fall for four guys at once, even though they're totally gorgeous and amazing and wonderful and kind. But not as crazy as finding out I'm a witch. Sins of the Heart (The Sins Series Book 1)

by Eve Silver

Library Journal raves the Sins Series is "...dark, seductive, and sexy as sin." For readers who love paranormal romance and urban fantasy.Dagan Krayl, the Underworld's most powerful soul reaper, is the demigod son of the evil god Sutekh. He's on a mission to find his murdered brother's remains and resurrect him, but resurrection means that the secrets carried into death would be released and, with them, a war that could end gods and mankind alike. Roxy Tam is searching for the same thing, but for completely different reasons. She means to make certain that the remains don’t fall into Sutekh’s hands, and that the soul reapers do not reanimate their fallen comrade. As a Daughter of Aset, Roxy is tasked with the protection of the human race, and if that means thwarting an all powerful soul reaper and making certain his dead brother stays dead, so be it. But when Roxy sees Dagan face-to-face, she realizes that she has met him once before—a meeting that changed her life forever.Neither Dagan nor Roxy expects to join forces for the sake of mankind. Or to have their loyalties tested as they struggle against treachery, betrayal and the potent desire that threatens to consume them both. Rocket Fuel Pee: Man of Ruin: A dark comedy science fiction tale

by Oliver Franks

Would you call ‘pee of destruction’ a superpower? Then you’ve never had to deal with it.For Dave Smith, it’s the end of his world. You see, it burns through everything it touches. Boy does it burn.He was an average sort of a bloke before - now he’s a mortal danger to pretty much anything that happens to stand in his way.Toilets, trees, walls - nothing and nobody is safe. At least not when a certain call of nature comes, well, calling. So the poor guy doesn’t have a whole lot of options. It’s a case of problems, rather than options. How to cope? Where to wee? Why in the hell is this happening to me?Then there's the police to consider.Man of Ruin is the first book in the Rocket Fuel Pee trilogy, a series of comic novels aimed squarely at fans of dodgy ‘cult’ sci-fi horror movies and gruesome late night TV shows. You know, the ones with mutations and splatter and science-gone-wrong. Plus you need to appreciate British humour. Or at least not get wound up by it.PRAISE FROM READERS:"An entirely original comic novel that brings to life the theories that junk food and environmental pollution are poisoning humankind.""The author manages to turn something outlandish into something quite humorous.""Sometimes you need something that is just comical and against the norm.""Original, hilarious.""Pure filth, I loved it."
