A Companion to Out of Time (The Time Travel Diaries of James Urquhart and Elizabeth Bicester Book 5)

by Bruce Macfarlane

I've produced this booklet to provide some background information on how I wrote my science fiction time travel novel ‘Out of Time’. Its primary purpose is to try and give an insight into how I developed the plot in the form the novel was written and also the origin of the material I used to support it. Writing a story involving traveling in time without ending up in paradoxical corners is quite difficult and because of this I've devoted a fair amount of this booklet and quite a few passages in my novel on the subject in the hope of explaining to myself what I think is meant by Time....

Zero 'g': Earth Without Gravity (Dystopian Earth Book 1)

by Srujan Joshi

It is the year 2074. Amazing advances in technology have allowed the human race to boast achievements far beyond any previously imagined—but all while ignoring the distress of their overtaxed planet.

Finally, one fateful day, the Earth can’t take any more. One hemisphere suffers from continually melting ice, while the other is crushed by a heavy molten iron volcano scientists believe is erupting from the globe’s core. The natural balance we take for granted is thrown off, and the Earth loses gravity.

Unthinkable horrors follow. Death, destruction, and chaos abound. Cars are floating, airplanes are crashing, and the atmosphere itself is vaporizing into nothing.

Carley, a single mom working at NASA as a janitor, stumbles upon Henry and Linus, tw...

Quantum theory for primary school students Part 2

by Saburo Sugiyama

IntroductionThis book aimed at introducing the quantum theory devised so as to understand if there is knowledge of elementary school level level. Of course, even if it is read by an adult, I think that you can fully enjoy the world of science fantasy. Well this time is the second series of the series I promised in the first book. The greatest discovery in quantum theory is that human consciousness has shown that there is a possibility that this universe may be influenced. In this time, I will spot the consciousness and I will try to encourage everyone to enjoy the world of science fantasy by developing various hypotheses.Everyone think that there is a memory that my mother had read a fairy tale picture book before going to sleep when I was young. At that time it will surely have been asked ...

The Quantum Force of Gravity in Hidden Dimensions: Geo-Genesis (D.C. Adams Lecture Series Collection Book 21)

by D.C. Adams

Where do we look to find hidden dimensions? Are they hiding in our equations? Hiding in the stars that illuminate our dark universe? Can we unify the strong forces found in Quantum Mechanics to the weak forces found in Gravity? Einstein suggested his theories concerning Relativity were, incomplete. In this chapter, I offer a method of viewing the extra hidden dimensions of space-time using gravity and a quanta of light....

The Discovery of Parallel Universes

by Richard Lighthouse

This short paper presents information into technology that has been used to move between two parallel universes. Described here are the possible technology characteristics of glowing orbs or balls of light, which have been photographed and filmed, all over the world and often near crop circles. By utilizing the blinking frequency of our universe, it is possible to move between universes. These orbs have been reported as glowing and/or pulsing and some appear to be 12 to 14 inches in diameter. The only unknown at present, is the exact value for the blinking frequency of our universe - the Lighthouse Frequency. Each reader must comprehend that our universe is blinking off and on, approximately 1 trillion times every second....

The First Periodic Table for Elementary Particles

by Richard Lighthouse

This is a significant breakthrough in elementary particle physics. This paper presents the complete table of 1024 elementary particles based on the QAM model as the first Periodic Table for Elementary Particles. A 1024-QAM table is presented that graphically displays how all elementary particles are related, similar to the Standard Periodic Table in chemistry. Interestingly, the math that describes QAM is simple and elegant. If we line up all of the particle masses in order, we find there are a number of “gaps.” These are called the mass gaps, and they line up perfectly with 1024-QAM. QAM is very simple – it is the math used for wifi signals, and it perfectly fits the sequence of elementary particle masses. Numerous other particles are predicted using 1024-QAM. This paper provides co...

for small changes in the speed of light and for the Lighthouse Frequency, which
has been described in previous papers. This paper will only be meaningful to

by Maureen Mackintosh and Geoffrey Banda

This book is open access under a CC-BY license. The importance of the pharmaceutical industry in Sub-Saharan Africa, its claim to policy priority, is rooted in the vast unmet health needs of the sub-continent. Making Medicines in Africa is a collective endeavour, by a group of contributors with a strong African and more broadly Southern presence, to find ways to link technological development, investment and industrial growth in pharmaceuticals to improve access to essential good quality medicines, as part of moving towards universal access to competent health care in Africa. The authors aim to shift the emphasis in international debate and initiatives towards sustained Africa-based and African-led initiatives to tackle this huge challenge. Without the technological, industrial, intelle...

Along with its Vedantic integration.Verses from the Bhagavad Gita and Upanishads outlining cosmology in Vedanta, plus in-depth exploration of Avyakta - the hidden metaphysical reality behind the apparent universe - through scientific study. Based on the physics article by the same author which was published in the Prespacetime Journal, in which the concept of Avyakta is introduced to complement the Standard Model and explain gravitation. Buddhism#now: Big Questions. Inner Peace. LOL

by Nigel Mellor

Monkfish and DVD are friends. Well, sort of. DVD likes meat pies. And a pint. And girls. But he's often miserable. Quite reasonably, he needs to know why he's not happy. The problem is, the answers keep bringing up more questions. Monkfish reckons he knows a thing or two, if only DVD would let him get a word in and stop being difficult. He wants to blend modern science with the essence of Buddhism. DVD just wants a quick reply. Can the two quarrel their way to dealing with the Big Questions of life, the universe... and Buddhism (with a little help from the author and Auntie Joan)? And what exactly is 'inner peace' anyway? And can you still party?

Dr. E Mapstone, author of Stop Dreaming, Start Living: "This book would appeal to those who are undaunted by a bit of slapstick come...

The Electrification of Russia, 1880-1926

by Jonathan Coopersmith

≤p≥he Electrification of Russia, 1880–1926 is the first full account of the widespread adoption of electricity in Russia, from the beginning in the 1880s to its early years as a state technology under Soviet rule. Jonathan Coopersmith has mined the archives for both the tsarist and the Soviet periods to examine a crucial element in the modernization of Russia. Coopersmith shows how the Communist Party forged an alliance with engineers to harness the socially transformative power of this science-based enterprise. A centralized plan of electrification triumphed, to the benefit of the Communist Party and the detriment of local governments and the electrical engineers. Coopersmith's narrative of how this came to be elucidates the deep-seated and chronic conflict between the utopianism of...

Mathematical Solution Unifying the Four Fundamental Forces in Nature

by Richard Lighthouse

This technical note describes a simple mathematical-geometrical solution for unifying the four fundamental forces in nature. The fundamental forces of gravitation, electromagnetism, strong force, and the weak force are actually different aspects of the same force. In general, the relationship between the four forces can be described using a form of the equation for Analog Quadrature Amplitude Modulation (Analog-QAM). This equation form is developed utilizing the concept of a “blinking” or discrete physical universe. The approach to develop the solution is described by minimizing the number of available dimensions (zero), which is in contrast to numerous efforts (String theory, Mtheory, Quantum gravity) that attempt to maximize the number of dimensions
under consideration. An Elec...

traveling faster than the speed of light. Most of the hardware & technology
necessary for the first tests have already been developed, although faster
computer processors may be required for synchronization. Light-years of
distance can be traversed by performing millions of “hops;” yet the entire
distance traveled requires only a fraction of a second. Each reader must
